Terms of Service
Thank you for visiting YASS - Yet Another Status Signature ("YASS"). This Terms of Service agreement outlines the services available on YetAnotherSig.com ("The Site") and the acceptable usage of the services by the end user ("You", "Your"). By using The Site, You acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions as listed herein.
Description of Services
YASS provides a service relating to Your presence on the Windows Live™ Messenger network. Services include, but
are not limited to, bandwidth usage, storage space and processing power on The Site's web hosting server, availability of
site content, file downloads, member section, message and communication facilities ("Services"). The Services, including
any updates, new features, enhancements or addition of web pages to The Site are subject to these Terms of Service. Usage
of the Services requires an account to be created on The Site, and the client script be installed on Your PC. This service
is made available to You at no cost.
Acceptable Use of Services
The Services provided by The Site include dynamic user-created content that is subject to approval by staff of The Site.
Usage of the Services shall not at any time cause undesirable effects to The Site or its physical hardware. Examples of
undesirable effects include:
- Excessive usage of server resources
- Any attempts of hacking, cracking or otherwise exploiting any data, content or information residing on The Site
- Sending unsolicited, unwanted, irrevalent or inappropriate messages ("Spam") to owners, staff or other users of The Site
You may submit images and fonts for use on The Site. These materials must not contain any adult or pornographic content or be copyrighted. These materials should be created by you, have permission from the original creator for use, be distributed under an open-type licence, or be in the public domain.
Copyright Compliance
YASS is committed to copyright compliance. You are not permitted to use copyrighted materials on The Site without the
consent of the original creator or author. Proof of consent may be requested before such materials are permitted for use
on The Site. All claims of copyright infringement should be made at the contact page
Termination
Usage of the Services on The Site is a privelage, not a right. These privelages may be in whole or in part revoked at any
time by either You, owners or staff of The Site without warning or need for just cause or reason. Termination of Services
may be a result of breaching the terms of Acceptable Use as outlined above.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials and services available on The Site are provided on an 'as is' basis. YASS makes no warranties, expressed
or implied, about accuracy, timeliness or availability of information and services.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the owners or staff of The Site be liable for any loss, injury, or damages relating to Your usage of
The Site, subject to the courts and governing law in the province of Quebec, Canada. In any event the total liability
to You for any reason in no event cumulativly shall total no more than the lesser of one Canadian Dollar or cost of
service provided.

YASS reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time, without notice.
