Server version 0.10.112 released

After a LOT of procrastination and just plain lack of interest at times, I have FINALLY made a release of YASS Server version 0.10.112. I'm not going to post a complete change log, mostly because I haven't been keeping track of all the changes!
The majority of the changes and additions in this version relate to the admin panel, moderating, editing and logging changes. If there's anyone who really wants something more detailed, just contact me.
