New image editor work in progress

The biggest complaint with the client script I have had so far with YASS is the amount of difficulty in using the image editor. Well, over the past month or so I have been trying to fix exactly that. I now have a preview available of the new up and coming editor. Want to try it out? Look after the break.

To view the editor, first log into this site via the link on the script menu, and then point your browser to http://www.yetanothersig.com/editor/

Current limitations and known issues:
I want to make it clear that this is not yet a finished product. It has problems nor is everything functional.

  • Nothing on the Timestamp works yet
  • There is a problem with the Display Picture, if the current image has no DP, the size drop-down is disabled and cannot be changed
  • Transparency with IE6 (when isn't this a problem??)
  • Layout issues in Opera
  • The Save and Cancel buttons have no function yet. That means you cannot save your creations. Not yet.

    I plan on adding drag+drop support for most of the elements, and probably ability to move with the arrow keys as well. Finally, don't ask when this will be finished and be ready to be used. I do not know. If anyone has any additional suggestions or notices any bugs, please leave a comment.
